Pants on the ground

I've been working out pretty regularly (5-6 times a week) since December. (I sure hope I stick with it for the rest of my life. I also hope that Betty Crocker doesn't throw me off again.) I've been watching and recording everything I eat too. It's beginning to pay off.

I decided to perform a little test last week and tried on a pair of pants I haven't fit in for a while. They not only fit, they were loose. Like, falling off loose. It gave me a very nice feeling indeed. I may still look like the Michelin man, but at least I do on a slightly smaller scale.

Congratulations! It is soooo nice when the hard work starts paying off. And you do NOT look like the Michelin Man. I see you weekly and that comparison has NEVER crossed my mind. :)

Awesome! This gives me hope. I too have been working out six days a week and the only change I feel is a compressed spine and sore legs ha ha.

OMG! haha I totally had to read this. The title. Now the song is stuck in my head. Is that why you named it that? Pants on the ground, pants on the ground....

But to your actual blog. Put your mind to it and you can definitely do it.
