I'm a terrible mother (196)
I just realized that Peyton's birthday has come and gone (it was on Saturday) and I didn't remember to do a special post about it. Sorry Peyton. I'm going to get it done. I love you and I hope your 1st birthday was a happy one. *More to come later.*

I'm sure he won't mind you posted a bit late. As long as he got cake and ice cream, I'm sure he's happy!! by the way.... I stold some of his pretzels yesterday in Sunday School. My stomach was growling. He didn't seem to mind too much and I only took a few!! I'm a food thief!!
Uuuummmm..what with a birthday party and the whole family speaking in Sacrament meeting--I think you get a pass! You are NOT a bad mother!!
Thanks for letting me take him yesterday. We had do much fun and he was SO good!! Also--the talks were GREAT!!
Oh, I think when he looks through your blogs in 10 years to see if you remembered and see's it's a few days late - then he'll care. ;)
Chances are, with Peyton being only 1 and all, is that he can't read yet so I think you are in the clear ;)
Hope your birthday was happy Peyton! I think you were just so focused on the actual occasion the blog came in second. Hard to believe, I know, but sometimes the blog has to play second fiddle to the actual family, LOL
