The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

The good part about letting your kids watch Kung Fu Panda is it's a fun family film that has a good message.

The bad part about letting your kids watch Kung Fu Panda is that they will think they are Kung Fu masters after having watched it.

The ugly part about letting your kids watch Kung Fu Panda is that they will try to use their newly learned Kung Fu skills to kick the crap out of each other.

*How did I not realize before yesterday that today was a short day at school? Thanksgiving break starts today and they don't go back to school until Monday. That's a lot of time to try to kick each others butts. I know I'm in for a very fun weekend.

What a great skill set that is! Running around, kicking people like panda bears.

My kids watched it at a friend's house last week. I have never seen it. NOW I know why they have been trying to kill each other since then!

My kids that go to school have all week off and they too have been watching Kung Fu Panda. So since yesterday there has been LOTS of butt kicking going on!☺

My kids haven't seen it yet, they're getting it for Christmas. But maybe I should re-think this, they will have lots of days off of school to kick each others' butts... and they WILL too.

Note to self: Delete Kung Fu Panda from Netflix queue.

The good thing about watching kung fu panda: is that mommy has learned a new kung fu move too!
It's called The 'time out' death grip!
Now only if children will take it seriously! Because they SHOULD! HIGH YA!

Sounds like you are in for a GREAT weekend. Maybe you could counterbalance the movie with another...something very droll and boring?
