Avery and I were out shopping this morning. It was around 10:30. She was draped across the seat of the car, taking her sweet time getting into her booster seat and then said this to me in a very weak voice:
"Mom, I'm so hungry (gasp) . I need to eat chocolate (gasp) . Right (gasp) now (gasp) ."
Truer words have, perhaps, never been spoken. I've taught her very well. Very well indeed.

She really knows about the important things in life. Excellent teaching moment.
Great mom you are! Every girl should always know and value the importance of chocolate.
I love the gasps in between, like she is dying of thirst, when really it is much more important than that!
I love it!
Holy crap!! I had the SAME experience with O today. But I decided to post about booger man instead.
I'll assume like any good mom, that you rushed to the store right away and bought both of you some chocolate!! :)
I totally love it, you have taught her well. Julia once said to me "I need something a little... chocolate." These girls are great!
Oh I just love her, she always says funny things!
That's what I say to Russ all the time. And I say it (gasp) just like (gasp) she did! I'm sure my blood is 95% chocolate :)
