Two questions I ask my kids every single day

1. Do you know that our toilets flush?
and
2. Did you know that we have a garbage can?
Also, if you're looking for a self esteem booster, don't look at yourself in a 7x magnification mirror. It won't help you feel better about yourself.

oh my gosh, i'm glad i'm not the only one that has to remind their kid to flush the toilet!

and those mirrors are so scary.

The only good thing about those mirrors is that you can see every little eyebrow hair you need to tweeze.

I usually think I do a good job with my regular mirror, until I get in the car the next morning, look in the rearview mirror, and see Frida Kahlo's eyebrows staring back at me.

Agree'd with Kristina. I would only look at my face in a super magnified mirror to get my eye brows :)

And those are very very good questions that should be asked every day. I ask my husband the second one EVERY DAY, too.

I ask my kids 10 times a day if they used soap to wash their hands. And they almost never do, until after I ask. You would think after 10 times a day times a year they would get it!

3. Do your socks belong on the living room floor?

I would tell you that I say the same things to Que but that would be mean to disclose that.

PS: Did you see my Testimony Bingo post from yesterday? It was just for you and Jillene. LOL

;-)

I hate those mirrors too but when you get a certain age like me (but I'm still 29!) you have to for all those dreadful hairs that sprout where they're not supposed to.

I have to ask those questions too!! I also have to agree with TJ on the third one.

Those are the same questions that need to be posted in the majority of public bathrooms too! The other day my Butterfly had used something and just flung the trash across the floor when she was done. "Ummm..Hello! We do own a trash can!"

My no. 1 is a little different.
Lift the seat and aim right. I can't say is enough.

Amen sista...Amen! Another one I ask is 'do you know where your shoes are???' It's good to know other parents go through this too!
