Ryan started this exercise program 8 days ago. You've probably seen the infomercials. They're on all the time. All. The. Time. I've watched them and some of the different workout routines with him. They truly do look challenging and like they would produce results. I've thought about trying some of it myself. Thought about it. That's all. I don't think I would ever actually attempt to do any of it. I'm too scared to go all out with the program. Scared because I know I would be amazing at it and I don't want to intimidate Ryan with my super awesomeness. I want him to have lots of self-confidence. He doesn't need me emasculating him.

I have some friends that have tried this and loved it.
You are so good to Ryan!
I actually haven't seen these at all, but I'm sure he'll be in bodybuilding competitions in no time!
I missed these too. Since I was up at 4:30 AM Saturday I did catch the skinny switch secret. I restrained myself from ordering it but boy it was tempting.
I've heard about people doing this. Sounds too hardcore for me.
I love this excuse. I'm now contemplating using something similar. Thanks for the idea. And for letting me crash in from mormon mommy's. Feel free to comment on mine anytime.
So--Ryan really sucks. First, he is naturally skinny, second he runs and now this. How will we ever keep up? I know--we won't. We will just sit on the sidelines and eat chocolate.
Jillene - I know. He really is a creep.
He is going to do great! I have been doing this program and LOVE IT! It's better then going to the gym and trying to figure out how to use all the equipment!!!
You are the BEST wife ever! I hope Ryan appreciates you.
I asked Dad if I could get up with him at 5:00am.
I hate exercise....I don't mind watching other people exercise though as long as I have a large Mtn Dew, a bag of chips, and a bowl of M&M's.
