Because I know like 3 people are wondering

Exercise update post:

Today is day 14 of my exercise program. I missed Saturday's (the 23rd) workout because I was at the hospital with Emily while she had her baby. Thanks again Emily for letting me be there. It was amazing to experience birth from that perspective. It was also a nice thing to not be the one pushing a baby out. I'll be posting pictures of the little nipper here very soon.

Sunday is always a rest day in the program, but I decided to make up for Saturday's miss by doing the stretch and abs routine that day. I didn't want to get all sweaty on the Sabbath, but didn't want to feel like a marshmallow either. Those routines really work you without the sweaty mess. Other than that, I've been following the program faithfully. A first for me. I'm seeing results already. (I don't know if they're visible to anyone else, but they are to me.) I can already feel a difference. My muscles definitely feel stronger. I'm down another pound too. I'm feeling very motivated and good about myself right now. That's a big deal. I don't always feel this way. It's a nice change.

Great Job! I manage to go to the gym for about a week and then I "forget" to go for a couple of weeks. Once I turned 30 things started shifting south and it does not make me happy.

The fact that this doesn't leave you completely sweaty is worrying me. I have started it again and ramp it up kicks my butt. I am litteraly begging Nick to give me a reason to not excersize... You are awesome.

Good for you. Now, hopefully it will motivate me to move. I'm glad it's working for you.

You're welcome. Thanks for being there. I really don't think I would have had him that fast if you weren't there. I think it would have been weird if it had just been me and Rusty.

Oh, no, no Amanda. Ramp it up leaves me totally sweaty. Like sweat dripping off my nose sweaty.

AWesome!!! Way to go, I wish I could get my fat hiney motivated to do something. I purchased the 8 minutes in the morning book, by Jorge Cruise, and I keep meaning to get started on his program, but I keep forgetting to do my 8 minutes in the morning and oh yeah, I forget to eat properly too. sigh.

That is awesome! I really need to keep up with my exercise program, right now I keep telling myself that I'll start back up when we get back from St George. Hopefully I'll follow through!
